Set up Google Drive First
You will want to have an understanding of how you want your groups to work in Google Drive prior to beginning work with your students.
Following are step by step directions. This is best set up using Google Drive on a laptop and not with the iPad (for ease of use). This is an easy, step by step, instructional so I will not go into detail during the presentation on this so that you may work with creating the actual iBook. I will answer any questions on the below process and give a brief overview.
There are several ways to go about this, however this is my recommendation:
1. In Google Drive Create folders for the number of Groups you want to work on the project
- Click Create, then Click Folder, Then Name your folder by a group name: in this case: CUE 1 and click on Create

- Click on group folder then click on person with Plus sign; Next click on "Change" for privacy settings, Finally click on "anyone with link" and select drop down for "can edit" then click "Save". You may now copy the link and send it to your student group members.

Students can then click on the link and open in their Google Drive app on the iPads.
